CareerInsights specializes in conducting customized assessments of high school and college students, as well as persons in the midst of potential career change. After analyzing your responses to a series of assessments of your skills, personality, and interests, we will provide you with a customized and detailed report. Then we will meet with you to discuss the integration of all of the findings – and what the implications are for your career decisions.

The specific questionnaires and tests used vary, depending on where you are in your career search. But the process is similar in each case. In general, there are three steps to the process:

| Report | CareerInsights prepares a customized feedback report. |
| Feedback | The capstone to the assessment is a personal feedback session in which CareerInsights staff meets with the client (student and parents, in the case of a High School Assessment) to discuss the client's results. In the session, we discuss and integrate the client's unique attributes and how they shape success and satisfaction in various careers. |
